They were able to give me my options and also let me know I could come in and they’d take care of it without an appointment! I came into the store and it was super quick and easy. “I originally went to the O’Reillys on Kimberly Road to get a brake light replacement and they said that they did not do it . I called the Locust Street location and talked to a very friendly gentleman that I cannot remember his name, but he said that he was able to do it and I went to the location and he put in my bulb and showed me how to do it myself. I really appreciate that.”

“Mike helped us at the East Moline location. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find parts for our car. We went in twice the same day and had a great experience both times. Although they didn’t have one of the parts I needed, he was able to point me towards the closest location with that part and put it on will call for us. We were able to go to the other store location, show them our receipt and walk out in less than a minute. Great service from Mike!”

“I’ve been going here for the longest time for just windshield wipers, but this morning my car wouldn’t start and I knew exactly why. I’ve had a battery that’s been in my old car for nearly 9 years and the day finally came. I swung by oreily in hopes of just getting a new battery to replace, but Justin there did it all with no extra charge. Amazing place for some solid deals on wipers and really excellent customer service.”
