Was recommended to Bi-State for exhaust work that could not be done by my usual auto techs. Jeff gave me the diagnosis and a few different options on how to proceed and walked through the steps they would take. The workmanship by the guys in the shop is top notch and Jeff pointed out some other potential issues to keep an eye on down the road. The prices we in-line with what some of my auto tech friends from out of the area said to expect. If you are looking for a new auto shop, they should be high on your list of places to check in with.

I had an exceptional experience with Bi-State Auto🙂After receiving an exorbitant quote from another establishment, I visited Bi-State and was impressed by their efficiency They repaired my muffler within a couple of hours at a very reasonable cost, which greatly improved my day. I was immediately impressed with Jeff. He was willing to help solve my problems with my exhaust system. I was taken care of immediately and they fixed my exhaust system in short order and i was back on the road. Thank you Jeff and your service department!

I was told my rack n pinion was leaking. Unfortunately, the leak is coming from somewhere else. So, not real happy after having my rack and pinion replaced for $1100.00.
I was told when the reservoir came in i had to locate,they would change it out for free since it was just a 15 minute job. Price went up by $65. Best advice get it in writing and stick to it!

Jeff and his team are professionals who do good work for a fair price. I also feel like their honest because they never tried to sell me services I don't need. I would recommend their Moline location because in my opinion the customer service here is better than at the Davenport shop.

My wife took her van in and the dip stick was there and when I brought it up they said it was like this. And everytime she brought it to them something else goes wrong like they see my wife and they see money sign. This is the last time we take it to them. For now on I'm fixing the our vehicle and goingvto cost less

They changed a bearing and did an alignment on my 2018 Toyota iM and my car came back better than it was before it needed a new bearing. The car drives better now than it did when I bought it and drove it off the dealership lot. They are honest, fair, and no-nonsense.

This place should get a 6 star rating with their honesty only in finding the real problem and being overly fair with their cost and labor. I highly recommend this place especially to anyone struggling but need work on your car their cost and labor will shock u in how fair this place is. The Best
