Stopped at Boost mobile at 4327 to upgrade my phone, boost offered a Free upgrade phone. To upgrade, I had to purchase there bundle which was phone case and shield. Would not give me separate price on these items when I asked. Walked out paying $101.00. I called boost mobile customer service, told them the issue I had about the upgrade, they informed me that they should have just did the free upgrade without the bundle. Be careful when retailers aren't up front with you. What happened was wrong and not Boost policy. I did called that retailer and got the run around. Did not Want to answer my questions.

Kristi, from Boost store in Moline was so great!! I was trying to get a new phone and somehow my accounts got messed up. It took me 6 times to visit the store to get my FB account back that I had used for years! Thank you so much Kristi !

I just signed up with Boost last month. I was having problems with my new phone. I took it to a store in Silvis 2 days ago and I was told they couldn't help me because the phone was purchased on-line and referred me to the 800 #. Still having problems today so I took the phone to this location on Avenue of the cities. The store was very clean. There were 2 employees working. Kristi and Jason. They both provided excellent customer service. They checked everything on the phone and root cause. They fixed the phone and explained every aspect of Boost services available and how those services work. Kudos to Kristi and Jason for their exceptional service.
