Don't buy Boost Mobile. They don't honor their agreements. I called customer service they told us to buy a phone (which I did) and $10 to add a line and for time total. Then they said they they couldn't do it without us going to the store and paying another $70. $30 for activation and $35 for a whole new service. When before they said call them back and they could do it. It's a scam. You can see blow in reply how rude they are.

I went in for help and the young man that was there was incredibly nice to me, but when he asked the woman that was there about something for her to help with, she turned to me and was the total opposite. She was super condescending and had a rude tone to her voice when I asked questions. This store needs more kind people like the young man and less like the woman that “helped” me. I walked out feeling extremely upset about how I was spoken to.

Hammad is one of the most professional people I've dealt with in two decades. He knows how to treat customers and right fit them. He asked me all my needs in a phone and then recommended and amazing Galaxy phone. He is good at what be does. God bless him.

Nazz helped me get into a new Motorola G Power. He is a great customer service. I will be back.then i did Go back and then tried to port a number in from cricket wireless and they took my number and told me that cricket did it and then cricket said no boost Mobile took it and then they told me I could not get my number back from either of them

I previously started to work with this self own company. .. This company is unprofessional. They withheld my wages, didn’t communicate with me on my status of employment. I had two accounts posted for direct deposit which I showed proof of and never had issues with previous paychecks. Now that I am no longer working for this company I can’t receive my last paycheck? Manager “payroll processor” change my information for of my direct deposit which I have screenshots of. I have called, texted, emailed the owner and I have gotten zero explanation on why I didn’t receive my paycheck. NEVER have I ever dealt with a company who treats one this way. Even returned everything that is from this location. I shouldn’t have to call all locations to get a status of my paycheck. Let alone they kept my commission checks. Make sure you Document everything because they will try keep every penny.

Today at Boost Mobile I was able to get a free tablet under the ACP program with free service for a year that I didn't even know I qualified for. The Tablet is a great device, the setup process was easy, and the staff is knowledgeable. I will be happy to do business again.

I switched yesterday the guy that owens the store was very nice and helped me get my account number to switch went to go switch service and it went threw had to find a phone screen protector for my iPhone 11 and a case for my daughters iPhone se so went back to boost to get one screen protector for iPhone 11 and one case for iPhone se get there the carrier I switch to gave me the wrong case for my iPhone 11 and the owner seen it so he pointed it out so I had him add a case for my iPhone 11 so I got 3 thing from there and he changed me 78.01 for one screen protector for my iPhone 11 and case then one case for my daughters iPhone se so he changed me 21.49 for my case and 21.49 for my daughters case and 35 dollars for a screen protector how the that is so crazy to me ok dang well it should have not been that much at all I think he was mad because I switch service thts a lot of money for 2 cases and one screen protector
