Dude that runs this place is literally as clueless as they come. Has absolutely no clue about anything of any detail about the products that he sells but most that he is the best in the business for the last 15 years LMAO. Stay away from this location at all costs absolutely 100% complete joke!!
Simply just ask him about the processors in the phones and he will go off on a long tangent about how nobody knows the difference is between the processors when everybody in the business should know the difference between the processors. Rude ignorance and lazy.

After a horrible experience at another boost store i stopped into this store and was very satisfied the girl working was very helpful fixed my problem she got my phone working in a few mins! Now i know what store to go to when i have a problem! Thank you to her!! i wish i wouldve gotten her name! She probably saved me from switching providers!!

When I got my phone two weeks ago this dude is preaching about how he's all about customer service. Yea he sold me on that one. I get a temper glass that the worker in stalled which h did a horrible job protector all off centered . How ever his hours of operation conflict with mine so I wasn't able to get back immediately. So I show up today to see if he would replace it. Explained to him that it was off centered he told me it's an accessory and that I took it off an tried to lay it back on. Which did not happen. I thought it was about customer service. It's a 10 dollar accessory that he put on. Couldn't even admit he put it on bad but tried to Blame me for it. I would of been fine if he would of said man I don't replace them unless it is in within 24 hours. I would of bought a new one but Instead he tried to blame his faults on me. So if you buy something from him don't expect it to be fixed it will end up your fault. Smh
