“When I initially stopped in to Floorcrafters to discuss flooring I was impressed with the amount of time and effort the salesman displayed regarding types of flooring, quality of products and pricing. He showed up as discussed to measure our whole home for flooring but I had to reach out to him about receiving our estimate and when estimate was received, it didn't have any details about the scope of work to be completed just that it was the upstairs and downstairs...no square footage or price per, etc. Just made it hard to compare to the other quotes we were given. I decided to go with them because they are a locally owned small business and had their own installation crew as opposed to the big box flooring companies that subcontract everything out. Installation was scheduled and the day they showed up, it was a subcontractor...which was fine, but not what I was expecting. After some issues that came up with install and everything was complete, I was expecting a call from the salesman at Floorcrafters to follow up but never received anything. I stopped in to pay my balance and noted that to the people in the office and low and behold I got a call saying he had been out of the office. I asked him if there was anything he could do about the extra 4 full boxes of flooring that we had and he said he would look into it and get back to me....never did. Although it seemed like he wanted my business, once he had it, I feel like he could have cared less about my experience. Would I go with them again, maybe, but I would definitely talk to the owner.Service: Install flooring”
