Stay away! 7 units just got broken into including ours. When I asked if they had cameras on the property he said "yes, but they don't cover the back of the property." Of course they take no responsibility for the theft and go with the standard "you signed a contract that absolves us of anything, blah blah blah" which is true. When I asked when things were going to be repaired his response was "in a week or two". Meanwhile, there is a hole in the units which means people can freely walk in from other units. He didn't seem too concerned. When I said I was going to cancel my lease his response was, "well, let me remind you that there is a 10 day cancellation policy per your contract" to which I laughed. After pressing him on it and telling him that this really wasn't good policy or a good thing to say to someone who just had their stuff stolen he then said if I would have been nicer, he would have let it slide. So, not only do they have the worst customer relations (and security) they are vindictive. Apparently, they let things slide for people that are nice and cheery after their unit gets broken into and their stuff gets stolen. Great company!!! PS. When I talked the first person who called to tell me about the break in, she said this has happened before. So...they've had other break ins yet they never installed better cameras or security?

We ordered 3 yards of dirt. It was full of clover but we used it anyway because we pretty much had to. Now all our flowers and herbs have clover growing in them. If you don't already know, clover is very difficult to weed. Go somewhere else for dirt if you're using for lawn, flowers, vegetables, and/or herbs!

I've been satisfied renting here. The Moline location has a fence and gate around the property, so i feel safe and secure renting at Centennial.
