“As a plus size woman I was super impressed by this store! They have XXS-3X size ranges. For me it is wonderful when a store has my sizes and I am not told to go online for extended sizes. Also it's so important for anyone to try on the clothes to see how they fit on your body. Old Navy is great at having something for everyone. From baby, toddler, kids, men and women. They have swim wear and workout clothes. Their sandals and jewelry are also a great option. This store has always had the sizes and great deals. Thank you for being here! The Moline Old Navy closed so I am super grateful to have an Old Navy in the Quad Cities.”
“Shout out to Rodalyn for the excellent service my mom and I received on 1/2/24 - she was so calm, patient, and professional as she checked on sale prices for some of our items (having to make two trips - which was 100% on us) even as a line built up behind us (she did call for help multiple times, and the manager ended up taking a register when she asked him to fix a pricing issue). She also helped my mom put in her charge card manually when it wasn’t working & provided info for ordering a new one. I’ve worked in customer service before and know how stressful it can be when a check out takes longer than usual & a line is building — I so appreciate how helpful she was despite that.”
