Went in due to the sign on window saying hundreds of product at 9 99 yet I never seen any of that. The big and tall section is horribly small and they need to make a bigger area for big and tall and have more cloths to choose from. No shirts for big and tall except for plain black. No jeans either

super unprofessional came at 11 sign was put up at 11:15 and it’s almost noon and still aren’t open . I understand places are short staffed but they should have some common consideration to the customers . More than 10 people have came and left .

I usually don't go into citi trends because they don't have my shoe size. This time they did and only one pair left size 11. I don't go for the clothes, because the clothes fit smaller than my size.
