Customers report very nice, kind, helpful, friendly, and prompt people who are available to help. They provide excellent service, give better rates and better deals, especially with multiple policies. The office personnel explores all options. Customers have never had any problems making a claim and appreciate the honest, timely answers. They take care of family insurance needs.
Had a minor accident and claim was handled promptly and professionally. I didn’t have to do anything except show up to the appointments to receive repairs. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs vehicle insurance.
