Great customer service, never had any issues with the staff here and always pleased with how quick and easy the process is! The bathrooms are typically in a questionable state and could use a good cleaning.

I believe I reserved 4days in advance. Tried to up grade to 8 cylinder vehicle. Refused. Employee says, I'll give same price. I say, not same price. Employee assured me was same price. I say, it is not same price when you upgraded to a 8 cylinder motor. Gas guzzler. No rental.

We were very happy with the Enterprise representative. We reserved a van, which was not available, so they substituted a Suburban. It met all of our needs.

The moline enterprise location is the nicest cleanest location I have ever been to and the employees down there are absolutely amazing management is on point and they are at the top of their game with customer service I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a the best experience possible for car rentals anywhere….?????

Enterprise cancelled my reservation an hour before picking up and now tells me they have no cars available. Now I’m stranded 3 days!! I’ve always had great service until today! Now I absolutely despise enterprise hope they tank as a business and some one more reliable picks up this is rediculous!!!!!!!!!!!

Top notch customer service! I had rented a Nissan Rouge and loved it! Josh was the representative that took care of me. He was welcoming, professional and made sure I was in and out in a timely manner! I usually go to the location on Kimberly rd in Davenport. I will definitely be switching to the moline office for future rentals! They are awesome!

HORRIBLE customer service. I booked a reservation online on March 11, 2024 for a premium SUV to seat 7. Entered my card info got my confirmation email and planned the rest of my families vacation. Now the day before we are supposed to leave in said rental, I get a phone call at 4:30pm to let me know they would need a new card, as the one I put on file is a debit and not credit. Had I been afforded that courtesy call two months, one month, heck even ONE WEEK prior to my reservation was due to be picked up I could have signed up for a credit card and had it in the mail in time. No one at the local office on 53rd street in Moline cared or were helpful in the least. I explained to them that I understand the credit card policy, however I was not informed of that at any point in the last two months and our whole family vacation was dependent on this rental car. They had no solution and seemed less than empathetic which leads me to believe this is something that occurs frequently. There really should be a process put into place where you reach out to your customers who don’t have the correct payment on file, a little sooner than 12 hrs before they are due to leave just in case something like this comes up and arrangements need to be made. I am leaving the parking lot of Enterprise a sobbing mess to go home to my family to break the news that our vacation is not happening. I will NEVER use another rental car service after this nightmare. Thanks Enterprise ??
