The only complaint I have is that the car was very dirty when I picked it up. The inside was not clean at all. Windows were dirty, there was food under the seats, garbage in the console and both tires on the passenger side were low on air. I have been renting from Enterprise for over 20yrs. I was kind of disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had the worst experience with them, I got a flat tire late last night and was stranded for hours until someone was able to get me. I couldn't change the tire because the jack that was with the car wouldnt jack it up. No places were open at the time and I didn't get home till 3am. I went back to the location of the car at 9:30 am after having to go to Walmart and buy my own jack to get the donut on. Once the donut was on, I discovered it was ALSO flat! I had to spend money to air up the donut, I drove it to the airport enterprise to get the car shwitched out since it wasnt drivable with the donut. They claimed to not have cars even though I saw several but they were 'reserved.' Mind you, I had already paid for this car and couldn't drive it now. After talking to roadside I was told they were sending a request to enterprise to swap me cars while they had the one that had serviced and give that to the person that had the other car reserved. There was 5 lights that came on with the flat and the steering wheel was locked to the right and that was where it had to be to drive straight. They wanted me to take it to be serviced after I had told them I don't feel comfortable driving it anywhere. I waited from 10am till 4pm waiting to swap cars like I had been told by roadside assistance for enterprise that they would put the request it. The manager MASON was very rude and unprofessional, laughing about my situation the whole time. I was told by muscatine enterprise (who I will only go to from now on) to just drive really slow and to have the tire changed at the tire shop. I did so and after it was done ALL the lights were still on except for the low tire pressure light. Steering wheel still locked to the side and then while driving back to muscatine I warning message came on saying there is a malfunction and then the lane assistance turned completely yellow as if I was too close to all the lines and it never shut off. Muscatine enterprise said they could get me in tomorrow to swap cars. I am unable to post any videos to show proof of the steering wheel issue but I will be showing the muscatine enterprise and having it documented that MASON allowed me to drive off the lot in a unsafe rental.

Enterprise helped us so much right on the spot when our car rental from Budget fell through. Gave us an Elite SUV and at a cheaper price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will only use Enterprise form here on out!!

I usually have great service when I rent from this location, but my last rental experience was horrible. The car that I was given was very dirty and it smelled like BO so bad that I had to febreze the seats and seatbelt, and it still smelled horrible. I left my charger and within 24 hour of returning to pick it up, it was gone. It didn’t get “turned in”, so I can only assume that one of the technicians thought it was ok to take it home. The clerk who I spoke with about my charger was very rude and condescending, and gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced with Enterprise. I am extremely disappointed and am considering making Budget my preferred rental car company.

In some ways, it's easy to rent a car here - small airport and the car they ended up giving me was nice. However, in mid-April, I checked in early online because I was rushed that day to get up to O'Hare for a flight... only to then stand there at the counter for 15-20 minutes while the guy punched buttons. I finally asked - Is my car ready? And he says - we need to vacuum it. I said I'd take any car, so they gave me a car then and there. I have no idea why they didn't just give me the car that was ready. Lastly, there was no offer of the EZ Pass (I assumed they'd charge my card for tolls - which they did yesterday PLUS $25 fee). I called to see if they'd take off the fee, which they said they'd look into and then charged me anyway. Communication was pretty terrible here but the car I ended up renting to get to ORD was great.

If I could give it fewer stars I would.
I rented my car at the Chicago airport on April 14 where they were very kind. At this airport they told me that when I delivered the vehicle I only had to leave the key inside the vehicle. I called on Wednesday to make a change, the place to deliver it, I delivered it on the corresponding date and time (Thursday the 18th). Yesterday (Friday the 19th) I received an email stating that they have not inventoried the vehicle, and They charged my card, I have been calling and sending emails for two days and they have not given me a solution, today (April 20) my husband went directly to the headquarters, where they told him that the delivery had been today, and that They had taken it as an “abandoned vehicle.”
The manager was very rude and they stole my money, I have proof that the car was there at the time and no one is responsible.
They have cameras, like not knowing that the vehicle is theirs, terrible service. They stole my money. I am attaching evidence of the time and place where I left the vehicle.

Don't expect your car to be ready when you arrive to pickup your reservation. Apparently the business motto here is, "we're waiting on cars to arrive." Definitely plan on NOT arriving on time even with a rental car reservation from them or national. Isn't that the point of the reservation... When I arrive, you give me the keys? Also would be nice to not see the person handing me the keys chewing on their fingers in front of me at the desk. No offer of a discount? No gas compensation? Nope, just sit there and wait.

If i could rate lower than aone star I wouldn't not for Enterprisebut for the Quad Cities International Airport branch manager, Mason J. Allen. This guy straight up refused service to 2 Army combat veterans, 1 still on active duty, because the other one only had a temporary license because he moved to Texas. This guy wouldn't even explore any possible solution. He just stood there and smiled, laughed and said HE would not be doing business with either of us. It's sad when a corporation the is a upstanding ad Enterprise is tarnished by young managers that don't have experience to device or manage anything. Enterprise should look at replacing this guy and not allow him to make further decisions that would harm the company image. I have also filed a complaint in the Enterprise website but wanted the public to know this immature manager as well.
