Very helpful in providing a solution to insurance coverage on a very expensive item I was shipping. I came to this location after being told by the very rude manager Doug at FedEx Office on 16th street that what I was trying to do was impossible.

Driver claimed to have tried to deliver my package today at 359 pm never showed up my building is surrounded by cameras there was never a truck anywhere around my building. Stop hiring liars and thieves.
