Driver claimed to have tried to deliver my package today at 359 pm never showed up my building is surrounded by cameras there was never a truck anywhere around my building. Stop hiring liars and thieves.

Forged my signature and then marked my packages as delivered. Never received them. I was home at the time the packages were supposedly delivered, and nobody with fedex was in sight all day. Opened an investigation and fedex quickly closed it, taking zero responsibility.

And here I thought our post carrier was bad but fedex drivers take the cake. This is now the third time they supposedly delivered a package and yet the third time I've had to contact the seller to inform them that once again we have zero clue where fedex is delivering these packages. And contacting the 1800 number gets you no where as they will say oh we will reach out to the moline location and talk with the driver and someone will be in contact with you which never happens and then when you call to follow up they apologize and say oh sorry there's nothing that can be done please contact your seller.

I had a large package that I needed to have picked up. It was not easy to do. Talking to an automated system can be frustrating.
