It’s insane how greedy this company is and gets away with only giving you 5 dollars for a 60$ game just to resell it for 60$. I wonder what kind of people that are known for being greedy own this company

Hours are apparently whatever, said open until 7PM today, Monday Oct 2, at 515 closed and no one to be seen. Double checked hours before driving down there. Not the first time this happened either. Little frustrating.

Today, September 18th 2022 at 11:50 a.m.. Said they were open. The security fence was locked. And the employee was sitting outside in their car. Hopefully not getting paid.

I hate and I love GameStop. I hate the website, the app, their weird business practices, games without cover arts and convoluted support system. I absolutely love their stores and the employees. They are the nicest most helpful people ever, really passionate about the games and ready to help. All the stores I've been to are like that. And while I realize I might seem like a very annoying customer at times in truth my respect for these people is sky high. Thank you, GameStop!

Excellent Experience!BIG Shoutout to Nick! He cared about my experience @ Gamestop! Not only was he professional, but he went out of his way to take care of me!- They gave me a surprising amount of store credit for a defective Xbox One Original **(they were running a $50 extra trade in credit PROMO)** I put this towards a new Xbox One S with a bundled game (Digital Download Code) and I was satisfied!- Unfortunately when I got home and tried the code, my Xbox was telling me that the code had already been used?. I called back later the next day and told him about it, we were both very confused on how it happened. He checked his computer system to make sure it wasn’t a new console that someone had returned.. and it wasn’t. But Nick was very persistent in helping me out and making things right. He tried calling Microsoft for me and getting ahold of them and trying to sort things out but they were beyond busy, so instead of making me wait for an eternity and jumping through hoops and loops, he was able to provide me another digital download code. It worked!I couldn’t remember the original employee that sold me the console, but he was very nice and professional as well!SHOW this review to your District Manager, you guys both did a great job and deserve a raise !!
