Got 3 swimming suits and was assured that I'd get my money back if they didn't fit. I took them back and they gave me a store credit. I told her I wanted my money back since I dont shop at Goodwill. She refused. I only came here to get swimming suits since a gal from water aroebics told me they had swimming suits. So I tore the receipt up and left. I will never go into another goodwill and I will no longer drop off to them. Thanks goodwill for your zero customer service. You won't see me again and I'm sure you don't care.

I love this goodwill. I can find amazing clothing finds from the 80’ 90’s and more. But. I do not know WHAT you are spraying on these clothing items. It is so strong and can not even be washed out.it has a very strong flowery smell. And whatever you are using STOP. I can not be healthy, even toxic and can not be washed out. In fact it contaminates everything in the washer with the smell. As a former clothing manufacturer- this is very unhealthy for people. Can cause allergic reactions and be absorbed through the skin.

My profoundly autistic adult son likes to pick out movies when we shop here. I usually leave him briefly to look around and check on him every few minutes. He's always good. Yesterday, I left him to check out shirts in his size. Came back to 4 people hovering over him, making him uncomfortable and overwhelmed. Someone was on the phone with 911, I think. I asked what the problem was, and it was because Mitch did not answer the man who was talking to him, and was hiding his face. They thought he was on drugs or something? The woman on the phone thought he was having a seizure, which he wasn't, these people were pressing and overwhelming him. Then to top it of, the man said I shouldn't have left him alone. I was gone 3 minutes, and we've never had a problem before. People who don't know anything about pround autism say the dumbest shit. Everyone wants to play hero. Thanks for taking away one of the few things Mitch enjoys doing in public. 👎

Don't understand that Goodwill has gone bagless and the Ceo and president Steven C.Preston makes 600,308.00 on merchandise he has been given for free and charges

While the store itself is good, I no longer shop there because they close so early now. I don't get off until 6 and they close at 7. By the time I get there, I only have a few minutes to look and can't try anything on because the dressing rooms are already closed. I know they changed their hours during covid but they never changed them back. I don't have time to buy stuff, bring it home to try on, then take it back within a few days if it doesn't fit. Please consider staying open until at least 8. I can't be the only person who they've lost business to because of this. I guess on the positive side, I have more money in my pocket by not shopping here anymore.
