The stylist was professional and did all I asked her to do. She was personable and got the cut done in a timely fashion. Asked if there was anything else she needed to do. I would have her cut my hair anytime.

My son had his hair cut here for the first time tonight. Normally we go to Rustic Barbershop but due to a time constraint had to settle for Great Clips, and settle we did. I will NEVER go back here. The stylist was rude and condescending. When showing her a photo, a screenshot from great clips website of the child haircut I wanted, she kept mentioning the child in the photo was black and my son was not. Mind you the cut was a fade with a hard part... Not a race specific style.... This place deserves no stars and reminds me that you really do get what you pay for and I'd rather pay $35 for a quality cut than $18 for my child to look like a blind person took some scissors to his hair. Obviously this place only employs the worst hair stylists. The people who barely passed barber college. Lesson learned.

Went in for a pretty simple haircut for my 2 year old. Asked for the same style just a little shorter. Complete hack job result. Unfaded and uneven. I’ll be looking for another shop to fix this. Thanks for making him look ridiculous.

Dissatisfying, my spouse was upset his hair was choppy, uneven, and didn’t fit his facial features. And not listening to what he wanted and kept chopping so much off. Not to mention the environment was off putting, other stylists noticeably upset. Never coming again, it should be an experience for people to want to come back, 0 stars unfortunately.

It’s a worst customer service teach them how to handle situations and customers. I asked them for a haircut but they gave me a very bad haircut and they say this is what we could do here and we are not barbers. There was a lean girl please don’t go with her. She is worst. She said “ I’ll give you free hair cut this time and next time go for a better shop”. I just wanted to ask her I’ll give you more money could you bring my hair back???. She totally messed up my day. They are rude too.
