Where do I start…. I bought a Chrysler Sebring from them in August of 2024 and it was all fine then 2 months later now October the car started to overheat took it in and the thermometer had blown and that was $700 to fix it (the car was $7k) and then it was fine another 2 months later over heating again took it back to the same place and they said the thermometer blew again… I said how I just got it fixed and they looked deeper into the car and it had both gaskets blown and one of the top heads was destroyed they said that the car has had this problem for some time now and it got worse the more I drove it they wanted $3k to fix it and I was like I’m not imma drive it till it dies the battery was bad also when I bought it and because of the overheating issue the main power in the car fried itself and fried the starter. There also was an oil leak in the engine. I really loved the car sad to know that I was scammed out of $7k only to have it for 5 months. I also called them abt all the problems they said they didn’t suspect any of this to happen and that they had done “a lot of work before they sold it”

They sell junk cars they clear check engine lights and sell them with transmission and engine problems. Bought a car the transmission light popped on 2 miles from them brought it back they said it wasn’t a big deal and its a honda and will drive alot of miles with a transmission light on. They let me trade for a Toyota camry and the engine blew 4 months later. Don’t do it.

Cant say enough good things about Jeff. We had some issues with a used car we bought and he let us bring the car back. Honest car dealerships are rare i would 100% recommend buying a car here.

Drove 2 hours to see a truck that looked great online but was rusted and very overpricedSome guy comes outside and was very rude and condescending. Of course, 2 women looking for trucks, he didn’t want to be bothered. Told us to look around and let him know what we wanted. As a retired car saleswoman of 21 years I would have never treated my customers this way. I guess my money wasn’t good enough. He didn’t even make an attempt to help us, just wrote us off. So we went down the street and gave them our CASH.Don’t waste your time or money here. This guy obviously doesn’t need business. What a jerk!

I have bought my last two car's at Greenbriar Motors and been treated professionally and fairly both times. My salesman Jeff goes above and beyond. Even checks the small things.... floor mats, extra keys and a full tank of gas when leaving the lot.
