I bought a sump pump that was defective, my plumber even checked it out. I took it back with the receipt and they told me there's a restocking fee. I said you can't restock it it's defective. They said well that's our policy. So they don't really need to buy inventory they just keep selling the same old broken stuff off the shelves over and over again. Bad business!
