Highland Park Bowl is a large bowling facility with many lanes in good condition, making it a decent place for guests to enjoy bowling. However, the business has received mixed reviews, with many noting that it has gone downhill since previous ownership. The interior is described as outdated and in need of updates, while the parking lot also presents challenges. Rental prices for bowling shoes and games are affordable, and there are plenty of bowling balls available. Some guests have expressed concerns about scratches or chips to their personal bowling balls. Staff service has been criticized for being slow and lacking urgency, though some employees have been commended for their helpfulness. The venue hosts bowling league nights, which are popular times for visitors. While some customers remain loyal due to past experiences, they hope for improvements in staffing and facility maintenance to restore the bowling alley’s former charm. Overall, Highland Park Bowl offers a nostalgic experience for some, but it faces challenges that need addressing to enhance customer satisfaction.
Old and outdated. Seems like maybe 2-3 people are running it...and not well. Not open late either.

Decent bowling alleys. Place has really gone down hill since the Wells Fargo days. Parking lot is really bad and the inside needs some help looking better.
November 2023
A lot of lanes to bowl on, large facility for guests to watch the bowlers, and the lanes are in good condition. The interior could use an update as it is very outdated.
