I had called to see if they carried any light pads in stock before I could even finish the lady I was on the phone with came back "well duh we are a craft store" and dumbed it down as if I didn't know where I was calling then I got put on hold and another person answered asked if I had been helped and before I could even finish again she came back very rudely "I said have you been assisted yet" I have never had anything negative happen with this store and they have always been nice but whoever was there today 1-11-25 was absolutely rude and should be talked to.

I placed an order last week. I supposed to get this Containers yesterday. I never got the call from Hobby Lobby so I call today and you told me that they still don't have my order. I think the manager should be do something about this. I they told me th we're gonna get the gonna have before Christmas. This is gonna be my last order from. Hobby Lobby.

They do not accept returns.. even on opened items! Go to Joanns or Michaels! They are more understanding AND! They sell Halloween decor! Which hobby lobby does not. Boooooo. Sucks

I've always done a lot of shopping here, especially over the last two years, with helping a friend remodel their home and bring it up to date with wall decorations and new cabinet hardware. I've always been pleased.
However, this time , I and a friend went to find one particular wall hanging and a mirror. Didn't get a mirror but did purchase the home decor as it was stated on the item. Signs on the entrance door along with signs throughout the store stated home decor was on sale. However, when I got to checkout, the item rang up at a total full price. They said only specific home decor that was listed on a flyer she pulled out of the drawer was on sale. Well, number one, I obviously had never received any such flyer. I paid full price for the item to save an argument but I won't be shopping there anymore and my friend that went with said she'll never shop there. Said it clearly stated that coming in all home decor was on sale. Not just certain items. Usually, I rate this place a 5 star but not this time.
When I ask questions, they acted as though oh well this is how it is.
Sorry, but not sorry! Treat your customers with a little respect or consider a job not working with the public.
