××WARNING** This company was recently taken over by Next Door Self Storage. Next door Self Storage is a complete and total scam. They sent out 15-day notice letting everyone know that their rent is going up by 40%, FOURTY PERCENT! We've had storage units at Interstate storage for the last decade and have NEVER seen a rate increase this much in such a short amount of time. What a great way to run off your loyal customers!!!!!!!!

Dear Brandy S. Our facility has NEVER flooded and we are not in the flood zone. Your security deposit and unused rent were mailed back to you within 6 days but then returned to us because you didn't give us your new mailing address. Our facility manager is always friendly and very helpful to our tenants! I'm sorry you didn't understand fully our policy.

Although conviently located.. The storage is expensive. They take your $ in 10 mins and return your deposit in 2 weeks or more. The office is only open maybe 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. The units flood, thus detroying boxes, and ruining your beloved items. The office manager is unprofessional and VERY rude. As a professional, I will NEVER do business with this company again, and will detour my friends, family and any aquaintances away from using this location for their needs. Disappointed in the office managers unprofessional conduct, but what does she care? They have your $.
