I had a terrible experience there, "Nikki" was extremely rude and cussing at me in front of my child. I tried to reach out to corporate and even sent a second follow up. I have yet to receive any kind of response. I won't be back.

Ended up at Penneys on a whim, wife and I never shop here and we were in the market for bedroom and kitchen Supplys. Ho so excited we remodeled our whole bedroom and even ordered custom blinds. Jan is the absolute most amazing woman in the world and it meant the world to us to work with her. We just love her and appreciate the care she gave us and our project. No joke, DO NOT count Penny's out for window home goods. You get on the rewards and the experience 10Xs, amazing customer service, selections out of this world, and savings we had no idea were possible. Thank you Jan for the greatest customer experience ever!!!
