Staff was friendly and helpful! The store is much bigger than I initially thought, there's a ton of selection-especially for fabrics. I also didn't know they carried holiday craft items, so another bonus!

Friendly staff could use more card making stamps and inks but that's just me.

The younger girl that works there was so helpful. I’m not crafty and she let me run my idea by her for a pajama bag project I was making for my 10 year old granddaughter’s sleepover party. She validated my idea and gave me pointers too. She took me right where I needed to go and didn’t leave me wandering around lost! She really listened! I could tell she was sincere and not just doing her job.

I've said the before- Why do I have to pay for the entire yard of fabric that I asked for only to get home and discover, that the yard they so precisely cut, is in fact 36" But when you straighten the fabric selvage edges to get a truly straight piece of fabric it's 34 1/2" (this time)!! I'm sewing for charity and really don't want to pay quilt store prices, but when this continually happens it make a person rethink their charitable nature. When I order from Hancocks I always get what I ordered ... generally with 1/2" or so to spare! Quit screwing your customers JoAnn!! Measure the way a quilt store does and add a fingers worth of fabric when you cut. I shouldn't have to buy more than I need just to get what I asked for to begin with!!!!

Store was generally very quiet with few shoppers the last few times I have been there which is great! So I could take my time or be quick if necessary without having to dodge around other customers clogging the slightly narrow aisles.

The Moline store is a bit smaller than the Davenport store which is fine by me. Very friendly staff.

It is a very good arts and crafts store. The people tried to help find something to attach frames to walls and not using screws. Joann just doesn't sell that. They have a good amount of fabric for blankets and clothes. Good containers for sewing and paper crafts. It is slightly small but the layout makes it feel like a good size. No rude employees. Everyone is focused on customers. It would be good to work in.

Employees were very helpful and made suggestions about fabric choices we had made. Even made sure before cutting that there was enough fabric for what we were going to use it for. The store was very clean and organized. There is always a great variety of items to choose from besides just fabric. There are a lot of sales on certain fabrics currently. Shopping and checkout experience was pleasant.

I have small animals and use their fabrics as bedding and cage decorations. I love the selections they have.

I was upset that I drove an hour to Davenport and the store was closed on Thursday! So I drove to Moline. The workers were very nice, answered questions and gave advice, store clean and neat. Great experience!
