If possible, I would put less than 5 stars, do not waste time, this company is a badly told joke, everyone here is always busy eating and talking but never doing their job in November of last year, I had an accident with a deer, I would take my vehicle to repair and they were very quick to start the claim to the insurance and collect checks after 3 months, the parties still did not return, their excuse was always the same, finally after 6 months they handed me my vehicle, even von I failed and with many parts that were not suitable for the model but I finished dealing with the bodyshop, I decided to give them one more opportunity and I took my vehicle to the service department to try to fix what bodyshop could not because according to this, they have technicians from the GMC specialized in the model of vehicle that I have, but they only charged me 200 dollars to see my vehicle there, this was in August and today they took my car to a simple change of oil they realize that I do not have When the service department charged me almost 200 dollars for the safety inspection in Key Auto Mall, they never mentioned that I needed new brakes, so they would avoid having their money stolen and wasting their time.

The hood of my Dodge Grand Caravan
had started to rust and the paint began to bubble. (5yrs old) The hood was replaced and painted. I received my vehicle ahead of schedule. (Thank you so much.) The service, I received was absolutely amazing. It made me feel that I had made new friends for

Key Body Shop did an excellent job repairing my vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee) after a recent accident. The service was outstanding and the communication was always excellent. They were gracious enough to provide a loaner vehicle while my car was at their shop so that I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of acquiring a rental via insurance. The repairs were timely and not only did they repair my car, they also seemed to have washed it and cleaned the interior, which I just wasn’t expecting. I also must have had a little bit of trash throughout my car, which included some old sticky note reminders and they were left in my car, which I’m assuming was out of an abundance of caution. Just a really thoughtful team over at Key Body Shop! On another note, they also always do a great job with oil changes too. Thanks!

My wife's car got damaged, I went to key body shop and they were awesome, great service amazing people, I like when I can talk to people and get things done, the job on the car was top notch too, it was a great experience that we been back every time we need service from body shop, great people makes a great place and they are great people, totally recommend it!

Was told parts were ordered for vehicle. Was told to drop off the Sunday night before vehicle would started being worked on. Was told about a week to have done complete. Call that Friday my wife did. We haven't started working on yet are u kidding me. Parts should be in Monday. Call Monday we can't find a bumper for your vehicle no one has one. Next couple days we found one it's stuck in Minnesota. Next day stuck in Michigan. I know what they'll respond w here. We gave you a loaner. Bottom line is you're run around they had our vehicle in their possession over a month. The office staff is also very rude. I recommend not going there at all avoid them.

Jim Bullock went above and beyond my expectations. I had new tires put on my 21 Jeep Grand Cherokee L at a local tire shop and they scratched my wheels pretty badly. Their solution to fix them actually damaged them further each time. After arguing with them a couple times they agreed that they (the tire shop) would replace them through their insurance. Jim helped deal with the insurance and got them to replace my damaged wheels with BRAND NEW wheels!! The insurance only wrote for them to be “reconditioned” wheels and Jim fought for me as his customer!! He answered my phone calls after hours and was very good with communication and getting back to me in a timely manner. Both Jim snd Maggie in the Key Auto Body shop deserve a raise!! I will forever be a Key customer because of his hard work and dedication to his customers!!

A follow up to my review on 11/24/2023. I got a text message the following Monday from someone named Ashley who wanted to "make sure your CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE was EXCEPTIONAL". She wrote "If it was anything other than that, or if you have any questions or concerns please give me a call and ask for Ashley and I will get you taken care of. I called her back in 9 minutes but, she was not available so I left a message. I told her it was anything but exceptional. It is now Thursday and I have heard nothing. So she is as lousy at taking care of things as their service department.

My car right now is being held hostage. I bought my car maybe 3 months ago its a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Trail. And I didn't know the brake was burned up on it. The guy that came out to help me said I could drive it. My friends and I could have been killed because the caliber was ripping the rim apart as we were driving down the road. But now that it's back at the dealership I had but it from which is Key Buick GMC and Jeep. Everything is my fault and I have to pay for everything even though I through down $26000 check to buy it out right. Why are dealership so crooked anymore. I'm sure since I paid $26,000 for this vehicle out right. It wouldn't hurt them to fix my car with new brake pads, new rim, matching tire, and make it drivable for me again. And do the right thing. I haven't even had the car long enough to put it first oil change on it. And here I could have died in it. Don't buy a car from these people it's not worth it. And remember with these guys it's always your fault regardless on how long you've had the vehicle. It's crap. I trusted them but Austin ( in used cars ,said he didn't care and it wasn't his fault) and Mitchell ( the big guy in New cars, told me to bring it in and everything was in there name then it changed after a day of looking at it) I've been told it was probably a lemon and they put work into it so someone like me will buy it. And their Mechanic Nathan, I trust him, he even second it that I could've been killed if I didn't stop when I did.

Nice try key... You hung up on me... Ironic timing as it was right after you tried man's plaining how horrible my decision was. I've spoken to other wimmin who all said you are the worst! Should have asked them prior to going to your place in the first place. Start treating wimmin better and you won't have so many disliking the way you do business. Learn your lesson!

Took in my Mazda that i bought from here last year for a normal tire rotation, oil change, and for a 24 inspection. Everything seemed to go by smoothly and they told me there was nothing else to be worried about. Fast forward two days, my tire starts to lose pressure rapidly and I notice a nail in it. I go to QC Auto Services (who I would recommend over Key Auto) and they patched it but also gave me a list of things wrong with my car after their 24 inspection. I was furious because I had to pay over $4000 and am still not done fixing everything. They told me that they were not doing the inspections at all and they were just doing the oil and tire rotations. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning anywhere near Key Auto Mall. Bought my car and everything from you guys to get treated like this? Terrible. Just terrible. Edit: After reading other reviews I'm surprised this place hasn't gotten sued yet. Might be the one to do it.

Theyve had my car in the shop for 7 weeks, and it is still there. Ive been let go from jobs because I dont have a way to get to and from work. DONT take your car here to get fixed.
