A follow up to my review on 11/24/2023. I got a text message the following Monday from someone named Ashley who wanted to "make sure your CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE was EXCEPTIONAL". She wrote "If it was anything other than that, or if you have any questions or concerns please give me a call and ask for Ashley and I will get you taken care of. I called her back in 9 minutes but, she was not available so I left a message. I told her it was anything but exceptional. It is now Thursday and I have heard nothing. So she is as lousy at taking care of things as their service department.

Nicholas at Key Mazda was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, friendly and low pressure. I purchased a 2024 Mazda after many test drives and much research. I was very happy with the experience.

The auto shop staff were very efficient with my oil change and checking various things on my car. The lady I dealt with was very friendly. Also very reasonable price! I will definitely be back for all my car maintenance needs.

My car right now is being held hostage.I bought my car maybe 3 months ago its a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Trail. And I didn't know the brake was burned up on it. The guy that came out to help me said I could drive it. My friends and I could have been killed because the caliber was ripping the rim apart as we were driving down the road. But now that it's back at the dealership I had but it from which is Key Buick GMC and Jeep. Everything is my fault and I have to pay for everything even though I through down $26000 check to buy it out right. Why are dealership so crooked anymore. I'm sure since I paid $26,000 for this vehicle out right. It wouldn't hurt them to fix my car with new brake pads, new rim, matching tire, and make it drivable for me again. And do the right thing. I haven't even had the car long enough to put it first oil change on it. And here I could have died in it. Don't buy a car from these people it's not worth it. And remember with these guys it's always your fault regardless on how long you've had the vehicle. It's crap. I trusted them but Austin ( in used cars ,said he didn't care and it wasn't his fault) and Mitchell ( the big guy in New cars, told me to bring it in and everything was in there name then it changed after a day of looking at it) I've been told it was probably a lemon and they put work into it so someone like me will buy it. And their Mechanic Nathan, I trust him, he even second it that I could've been killed if I didn't stop when I did.

Customer service at the service desk sucks!! Andrea and Jevon and a couple others failed multiple times to acknowledge customers just to let them know they will be right with them. Jill walked in from God knows where and said someone will be right with me. She don't even work behind the desk but she knows what to do when she sees a customer standing and wait.

Nice try key... You hung up on me... Ironic timing as it was right after you tried man's plaining how horrible my decision was. I've spoken to other wimmin who all said you are the worst! Should have asked them prior to going to your place in the first place. Start treating wimmin better and you won't have so many disliking the way you do business. Learn your lesson!

Took in my Mazda that i bought from here last year for a normal tire rotation, oil change, and for a 24 inspection. Everything seemed to go by smoothly and they told me there was nothing else to be worried about. Fast forward two days, my tire starts to lose pressure rapidly and I notice a nail in it. I go to QC Auto Services (who I would recommend over Key Auto) and they patched it but also gave me a list of things wrong with my car after their 24 inspection. I was furious because I had to pay over $4000 and am still not done fixing everything. They told me that they were not doing the inspections at all and they were just doing the oil and tire rotations. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning anywhere near Key Auto Mall. Bought my car and everything from you guys to get treated like this? Terrible. Just terrible. Edit: After reading other reviews I'm surprised this place hasn't gotten sued yet. Might be the one to do it.

Gave multiple attempts to correct a problem. Constantly a different excuse. "Parts came in damaged, we accidentally booked you on a day when our tech was off but forgot to call you, parts came in wrong, we misdiagnosed it, we forgot to save a loaner for you, etc." Finally, they performed a repair after 6 appointments and 7 different visits to the dealer. EDIT: 90 days later and the oil drip was back.

They wanted to charge me almost $80 for two windshield wipers when I can go on Mazda's website and buy them for under $20 each I will never buy a part or a car from this place again

I have been going to key auto mall for the last close to 10 years and this has been one of the worst times I had with them . Take my truck in for a oil change and the technician left a nice oil arm print on my center console and now my front tire sensor is reading like it supposed to be in the rear tire . 10 psi difference in the settings . I assume the did a tire rotation and never reset the sensor to match the front . I have never had an issue like this before in any vehicle I have owned . I am getting tired of them screwing up my truck . This isn't the first time for them making a mess of my 2020 ram truck. I can't understand how they keep screwing up this truck. I would definitely look into other places to have your services done on your truck I am . Stay far away from here , like I said I have been going to this place over 10 years and just had it with them . I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them ever. They lost a customer who has bought quite a few vehicles from them , but never again.
