The first time I went in, they were extremely rude and insisted I use the kiosk to check in. Both times that I went in, they were very slow. They insisted I pay $60 the first time I went and asked for another $50 the second time. When I mentioned that I had never been charged that much with my insurance through lab corp, the lady got rude about it. Additionally, getting results takes longer from this establishment than any other lab corp establishment I have been to. I do not plan on using them in the future because of this.

I really enjoy Labcorp, this is the second time that I went today. And I didn't have a bad experience the first, and second time. You don't have to wait long, no mutiple painful prickings, you can get all the tests you need done, just one prick, and they are really nice, and fast. For anyone who needs labs done I would recommend Labcorp.

I have a service dog that they would let in hes been here before but this lady was very rude. I was just getting mom in door then i go back to car. Very disrepectful.

I've been going to labcorp for years and have never had even 1 bad experience. Staff are always very nice and professional. You never have to wait very long to get your blood drawn. Keep up the good work ?

No results sent to my Dr.. No record of me having the bloodwork done... where is my blood, you took it! How does this even happen.What incompetence on their end to mess up a simple blood draw.

I've never had any problems other than the Dr not sending orders over like they were supposed to. That's not Labcorp's fault. Check in is easy

Had to put money down when we don't have a copay - called about it & the one who answered the phone was pretty snippy being questioned on why he was charged.

We have used Lab Corp before with satisfactory results but today was a bummer. I expect the technicians to be proficent in what they do because they do it all day. However, the technician started with my left arm and made a very painful stab and after awhile pulled out the needle and but on the cotton etc. Then she started swabbing my arm again and I asked if she needed two specimens and she said the first was unsuccessful. I ask her to loosen the tape on the first try because it was hurting. She took it off. I gave her my other arm and I guess she was successful but it hurts,too. I expect them to be better than that.

Must have had a change of staff since some of the older reviews. I came in last minute and had a very pleasant experience. They promptly sent my doctor my results.
