I've never had any problems other than the Dr not sending orders over like they were supposed to. That's not Labcorp's fault. Check in is easy

Had to put money down when we don't have a copay - called about it & the one who answered the phone was pretty snippy being questioned on why he was charged.

We have used Lab Corp before with satisfactory results but today was a bummer. I expect the technicians to be proficent in what they do because they do it all day. However, the technician started with my left arm and made a very painful stab and after awhile pulled out the needle and but on the cotton etc. Then she started swabbing my arm again and I asked if she needed two specimens and she said the first was unsuccessful. I ask her to loosen the tape on the first try because it was hurting. She took it off. I gave her my other arm and I guess she was successful but it hurts,too. I expect them to be better than that.

Must have had a change of staff since some of the older reviews. I came in last minute and had a very pleasant experience. They promptly sent my doctor my results.

In two separate instances, years apart, I have visited LabCorp for lab work after checking their hours online. LabCorp was not open; the hours are not often updated online. Call before planning to go.

If you need your results....do not expect them to follow up. They are not proactive, but they are rude and obviously have zero concerns of patients that need their services. Management needs to address these issues.

Had an order to have labs drawn and sent to my doctor but they never sent the results and then required the doctor office have me sign a release to get the results. The doctors name and office was listed on the blood draw order...what a waste of time for me and the doctors staff!

Required by insurance company to use this company for all lab work. Samples are all sent across the country to be processed, which delays results.

Wasted a drive to Iowa City and sat in a waiting room for an excessive amount of time waiting for test results that were supposed to have been sent in this morning by labcorp. Not only was the receptionist rude, my lab that was supposed to be ready by this morning won't be ready until tomorrow. Unacceptable. Go anywhere else.

After many transfers, super loud hold music for 8 min, I got the pleasure of speaking to someone with a bad attitude(don't know a name because she spoke so quickly and with a heavy accent). Very rude and still did not answer the question about insurance. So I will not be getting lab work done here. Very poor representation for a company... if you are rude you should not be in customer service.
