Went in today 12/6/25 for oil change. James was awsome and hs partner Brandon pretty good too. Need to hang to there two if you can. Reafirmed my faith that good customer service is not dead. thank you!
Had coolant replaced as well. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. Did not try to sell extras that I did not need or want. Will definitely be back!

Take five wasn’t taking five during my experience. Upon pulling up, just like I do it every other take five I was greeted and told I needed to move. Reason was kind of weird and irrelevant, but hey, allow me to move. Approximately 15 minutes later, I was asked to move again found it strange cause I’m usually gone by now, but hey, allow me to move. About 15 minutes later, I was then asked to move to where I started in the beginning so I had a wonderful experience waiting at least 15 minutes at all three doors!
Then I finally enter the building. Thanks longer than five just to check in. Then I get the sales pitch that you can easily approve or deny at every other location however, at this location, you’re only allowed to get the top-tier items. I asked if they had drained my oil yet they said no I told them to close my hood and I left the property in total approximately an hour and twenty minute investment to drive away unsatisfied with not even completing the most simplest of tasks.
If you are a type of person that believes time is money I would suggest you go absolutely anywhere else.

Although they were unable to service our car, James was extremely polite and helpful with our situation. Hopefully someday he will be able to help us with our other vehicle! Thanks for being truthful James.

Brandon and James were very helpful. And kept me apprised of all the needs of my vehicle. They weren't very busy but ti still didn't take very long. Both were fine, agreeable chaps. And I'm confident my car is ready for winter. Safe and well-running.

The workers were very helpful and great at explaining what they were doing. One of the workers even helped me to understand how to check my oil through my home screen on my dash, since I hadn't had it very long.

This place was hoppin’ when I arrived. The staff was amazing. Timely, even though they were extremely busy, and incredibly polite and nice. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two guys working, they deserve some kudos for sure!

The 2 Employees working are super nice and helpful, but again just 2 employees working the 3 rows of vehicles, took 30 minutes+ just to get started on my vehicle then another 10 for the oil change, if I’m getting charged 120$ for 10 minutes of labor then I Atleast expect it to be fast, wouldn’t recommend going here for a fast oil change. Staffing issue, not on the employees.
