My process in the store was efficient and simple. Chris was very knowledgeable. He gathered info on issues I've had with my current bed and input that into a computerized system to suggest the best bed for me in my budget. He also was not pushy at all in terms of spending more money. I told him my budget and he kept me right at my budget.

I highly recommend asking for Sleep Expert Randy! He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions, and we had a lot! With my husband having two back surgeries, this could not be a decision done without the proper expertise. After seeing the relief of pain my husband showed once he laid on a Restore Premier Purple mattress, I know we made the right decision. Thank you again Randy!

Dominique was so helpful and patient. We went in to get our son a new bed and she spent the time needed with him figuring out what he was looking for and had him try out several before deciding on one. Will definitely go back when it’s time for another one.

Great first time experience. Our sales person was knowledgeable and explained mattresses to use. Did not pressure us to buy. Was busy but took the time to explain they were busy but willing to help out. Check out process was easy and quick. Definitely recommend them for all your mattress needs.
