Jett Rossi -our sales rep,
Hey, Thank you for making this car buying experience everything we wanted and expected. Your extensive knowledge of all the functioning details of the Highlander didn’t go unnoticed!! You must have watched more YouTube videos than me on the 17’-19’ models. Much appreciated with the explanations and answering all our concerns and questions. Being in the sales and customer service biz myself, I know great communication, being knowledgeable about your goods and upfront makes the sales so easy in the long run. So keep up the hard work , start to finish completed this deal like a seasoned pro! We love our new 17’ SE Highlander. I’ll definitely send anyone searching for new or used your way. Thanks. Cory S.

Came in to look at a white '24 CT5 and after the test drive I wasn't sold. No pressure from the salesman and I happened to see a used last year model on the lot that had just come in which i thought was just great-certified with lots of warranty left.
They worked with me to get a reasonable deal done and it was very painless. Dan Machu and the finance guy were great to work with

My previous review not showing. Had my truck from 4/18/2023-5/3/2023 kept adding repairs & telling me they were not covered by my ext warranty. Actually they were NOT running them through warranty company & just trying to charge me. Each time repair WAS covered they added a new repair! My PS leak turned into PS pump replaced, tierods replaced, oil seal kit replaced. ALL covered by warranty except $100 deductible, 2 hoses, gasket cap, wheel alignment & .8hrs labor should have been between $300-$400 bill. They charged me $1133. I received NO written breakdown of charges as requested & NO response from "service manager" regarding this & the SERIOUS OVERCHARGES! I DID receive a call 2wk later asking when I was going to pay the $1133 bill I PAID WHEN I PICKED MY TRUCK UP! STAY AWAY! Even my warranty company said to find a new place for future repairs.

Background : I have a 2012 Cadillac CTS with 109k miles on it. It was originally bought new in Nashville.
Story: I brought in my Cadillac to get a leak looked at after firestone noted a oil leak on my car during an oil filter change. I scheduled a time and got Mclaughlin Cadillac to do the assessment of where my oil leak is coming from. Mclaughlin Cadillac diagnosed it as coming from my steering gear, oil pan and the oil filter adapter housing. Their team recommended that I repair the oil filter adapter housing and monitor the other leaks.
I scheduled the repair based on their recommendation. They completed the repair and I got my car back. It cost approximately 900 USD with the initial assesssment. Upon the first initial return, I noted that the leaking was much worse than when I had originally given it to them. They agreed to have me bring the car back in and assess the problem and see what was causing it.
McLaughlin Cadillac scheduled me to bring my car back on 7 MAR 24. Mclaughlin Cadillac had my car from 7 MAR 24 to 27 MAR 24. I was told they identified a manufacturing defect with one of the gaskets, they replaced it and gave it back to me. They said they drove the car and ran it idled for 45 minutes and said there was no leak.
Upon returning home on 27 MAR, I checked to see if there was a leak. Yes, there was still a leak. I called McLaughlin and brought it back to them the very next day. They put my car up on the rack and said the leak was now coming from my front cover, steering gear, oil pan, rear main, different cooler lines and possibly a valve cover. It's odd that there was now a leak from many different locations not originally identified when they put dye in the engine to see where the leaks were coming from.
I asked for a quote for all of this and when they could get me in for repair. They said best case was mid to end of April. Upon coming back with the list of issues, I was told that the manager of Mclaughlin Cadillac would be declining to do the work on the car because my 2012 is "too old" and "things would keep breaking" and that Cadillac recently released a new policy that prevented them from doing large jobs on Cadillacs older than 2017.
This is highly unusual and fairly suspect, it doesn't appear they know what the root cause of the leaks are in the first place. It also speaks poorly to the cadillac brand as when services are most necessary, cadillac will stop working on your car entirely based on their "new" policy. The repair that originally took one day, the second go around took them 3 or so weeks and now they won't even touch the vehicle leading me to believe they caused more issues they now don't want to fix.
Steer clear of Mclaughlin, questionable business practices, ultra slow service - which seems low quality. You will likely have issues with whatever service you recieve from them.
Update: In Mclaughlin Cadillac's reply they said it was mutually agreed that I would seek repairs elsewhere; this is untrue as I was never given the option. I was told that their manager decided they would not be providing the service based on their new "policy" and they would not repair my vehicle despite my willingness to pay. Beware dishonest business practices.

I bought a certified 2019 Cadillac CTS I think certified means you're going to find things wrong with it , they sold me a Cadillac with a broken rim that was JB welded back together would not hold air, every morning I got to put air in my car before I can drive it sometimes twice a day, it's been 3 weeks I finally get a new rim for my own mechanic tomorrow, Don't know why a Cadillac dealership wouldn't just fix that to start with so there was no problem, if I was to buy another vehicle from these people I wouldn't give them more than 80% of what they're asking

4 years ago this was a 5 star rating from me.This is our family’s 4 Subaru. 3 were purchased there. This summer my car a 21 Crosstrek randomly died in the middle of traffic. It is fully covered under warranty. Service had if for weeks then told me everything was fine. Then it happened again. I specifically said something needs done about this. I was given a rental this time. I was never updated what was going on. I can’t remember how long it was in but over 2 weeks. When I called again I was told oh your car is done it needed a new battery. It was covered by my extended warranty. Now I have another issue, a piece of my interior is coming off. I called the receptionist was rude and not letting me say everything I needed to say. It’s a piece on drivers side that is missing clips and coming off. I was told it’s a 40 something dollars to diagnose and see if it’s covered. I asked to speak with a tech as they should know what’s covered. I was told no. I need to come in. Very disappointed in the decline of service.

The finance director, Lou Stella, was extremely rude and unprofessional after I chose to not purchase extended warranty on my vehicle. I've never seen someone dealing with customers change attitudes so quickly. Not sure if he missed out on a commission but warranty is the buyer's choice. The entire sales process was smooth and my salesman was very knowledgeable. It's unfortunate the transaction ended with such unprofessionalism.

I brought my car in for 2 issues, they said one was too minor to fix even though it shows on the diagnostics, and they were supposed to fix a wheel bearing and sent me on my way because they didn’t have the part. They made me wait 3 hours for them to replace a lug nut and tell me they couldn’t do anything else basically. Don’t waste your time

I've been a McLaughlin customer since 1990, lately I went to order parts for one of my VOLVO XC90,I'm very disappointed with the parts guys, Gabe Masias and Alex Calvert, which besides not getting all the parts that I needed, said that, my XC90 2005,was too old, volvo didn't have in inventory the parts, it looks like they were just getting rid of me saying that, because after leaving, I came back, they didn't expect that, when I opened the door, I could see how they stopped smiling and commenting about me, very unprofessional from those guys.I went to VOLVO, because I want my car to keep running with original and reliable parts, even if my car is too old for them.

Dropped my car off today at 9:30 for a two hour recall repair. Called at 10:30 and they said that the recall takes two hours and to come at 11:30. When I got there at 11:30 they said that they had not even started working on the car yet and that it would be another two hours. This place has terrible customer service and was a total waste of my time. If they can't be upfront with their customers then they shouldn't be in business. They should value their customers time as much as they value their own.
