  My Mom and Dad has been without service for a while now. They fail to be able to get them hooked up and they are still paying for nothing until I can get them convinced not to. The so called contractor with no uniform, name tag, marked van, very snotty and no professionality.

  I have alway had good service with Mediacom. If there is an outage they fix it. Just call.

  Horrible service overall and they make it impossible to cancel services with and keep trying to charge you after cancellation and add late fees to your bill that you paid off
