This place is amazing!!! My van was fixed and back on the road the same day that I called them. Employees were professional and explained the whole process to me. Pricing is fair for the amount of work I got done! I would highly recommend.

I called Midas 20 minutes to close with tire issues. They told me to bring my car in and serviced it immediately. Ricardo along with all of the other technician were extremely helpful and kind.

In the beginning of 2024 I bought a used car and was lied to. The car was supposed to have no problems, well it had problems so I took it to Midas. From the time I stepped in the doors and met with Austin until now I’ve had nothing but exceptional service. Last year my timing belt kit had to be replaced and I couldn’t afford to get the exhaust manifold fixed so Austin told me come back when I could and he’d get it fixed. Fast forward to this year, I called to get my exhaust manifold fixed and they took me without an appointment, which I am TRULY grateful for. After looking at my car, Austin, the manager, called me telling me it’s more than the manifold because it did cause damage in the year I didn’t have it replaced but still drove it - which he warned me about last year. He was 100% upfront. He didn’t lie to me, he didn’t try to force me to get anything I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He wasn’t pushing expensive repairs on me. In all honesty he HELPED me and made sure I understood the mechanic language he was speaking. My car was loud, my car was driving rough, I wouldn’t trust my car on an hour drive but after taking it here I’d take it on a 20 hour drive. Not only was Austin super upfront and honest with me, his mechanic worked amazingly hard because my car went in Thursday and was supposed to be done Tuesday-Wednesday the following week at the latest with the repairs it needed. The mechanic got it done by Saturday night (TWO DAYS LATER) at 6 pm and my car drives smooth like butter. Car repairs are expensive but if I ever have another need I 10/10 will be coming back here because Austin and his team make it WORTH it and they prioritize customer UNDERSTANDING and AFFORDABILITY over EVERYTHING! Truly amazing here!

Very Knowledgeable representatives.
Austin’s customer service skills were top notch helped me understand the issues at hand with my vehicle and the best course of action to fix the problems. He got parts ordered and had me back on the road in a much safer condition than I came in and in a very timely fashion.
