“The staff at this location, for years- has shown us how customer service can, and should feel like. They've never judged me, even during trying times. Over the years they have actually made me feel like family. Best pawn shop in the quad cities.”
“My husband dragged me here to buy a tool. I've never been to a pawn shop. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. I ended up buying a purse and later came back to drop off my computer for repair. They had the computer up and running within 15 mins!! Shop here!!!!”
“Top notch store top notch employees who know there products, I buy all my construction tools and more from them. They also have a store in Moline I purchase from weekly as well, so if your looking for great deals with great service this is the spot for you.”

“They are really respectful here and they have great deals all the time. Have never had a problem out of them before and they do there best to work with you so that you continue to be happy...”
“I've been doing deals for literally 13 years with this place. What a service to the community they are. Kudos guys. Thanks for supporting everyone in the west end and beyond”
“The new management is AWESOME.
They employ a head pawnbroker named Ebony and she's a gem in the pawn industry.
Knowledgeable, friendly and just the right amount of attitude wrapped in professionalism.
It's a smaller location, but they carry a decent stock. They're easy to deal with and are pretty fairly priced.
I've not been to the first location yet, but based on my experiences here, I'll go check it out as well.
Note: this business is new, the reviews from the last decade prior to this year were for the old business West Kimberly Pawn.
Not the same owner, not the same inventory, not the same business. Google needs to delete the old reviews because this is not the same anything in relation to the old business.”
“Customer service is amazing. They have a variety of different great quality items in the store. A good deal, is always made on merchandise. I would recommend the store to everyone. A great place to but gifts or just because. These are ME gifts..😁”
“Shane and Devin were easy to work with and helped make my dad's process of downsizing to retirement living a breeze. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a fair appraisal to earn extra cash for parents undergoing a big move.”
“They helped me out so much with getting a loan on ym jewelry, my truck broke down and I needed another vehicle for work, I'd be homeless without the loan they gave me.”
“Kimberly helps me almost every time I come in. She is awesome! She is very fair with pricing, buying and selling. I have bought many 2A items and every one I have been very happy with. Stop in and take a look there's always something I can't live without and I bet it'll be the same for you. Just beware to purchase 2A items you need your Iowa ccl and matching address ID per company policy.”
