Their website says the grooming fee for a first time kitten under 6 months is 15$ but the person on phone and the manager refused to acknowledge it. False marketing , false advertising. Overpriced products and services. Go to a local groomer for a better job for your dog or cat.

Ken Atwell is always focused on controlling customer flow while checking out. He always greets everyone with a smile even when both registers are 6 people deep. If he's not in management I'd highly recommend it. Good people are hard to find, don't let this one slip away. You can tell the other employees all work well together when he's on the floor.
