DO NOT buy the vital care they get access to your credit card and continually charge you. There is no way to cancel other than close your bank account. Once given access they don't stop. I've changed my card blocked them, they are relentless. Next step is permanently close my banking account I've had for years.

I mistakenly thought closing time at the store on Saturday was 9 PM. I got there close to 8 PM, saw the hours on the store and asked how much time before it closed. I was told 5 minutes.I whipped around, selected my stuff with my dog in tow and checked out and back to my car by 8:02 PM.The staff graciously took care of me and checked me out with my selections, even though it was a Saturday night and they were undoubtably anxious to get on with their plans for a Saturday evening. Thank you Petco!

My baby Prince was treated so well. He was clean and fresh with the scent lasting for a full week. I’am a returning custom with another dog that unfortunately passed away. But I will definitely be returning! Keep up the great work!

Great customer service at the Moline Ill Petco. After searching the store I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked the cashier and she was right on it. She found the product I was looking for in no time.

Staff really helped us find the right food for our puppies. Our normal store was out and they helped us match what we normally use. Now we have just made the switch and stayed with Petco.

I spoke with Victoria W in grooming and I am so impressed! She was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate a last minute appointment to help me in a tough situation.I called in the day of and explained my situation--essentially our dog needed a haircut ASAP because he was being boarded for an extended time and already had some matting that we did not want to get worse. We recently relocated and have not been able to find a local groomer, but were headed back to Iowa and booked an appointment with another large pet store in the area. During the drive, an unexpected traffic delay caused us to be 30 mins late for our appointment and they would not see him. Victoria was willing to work our dog in while having two other large dogs that needed services. You can tell she really cares about dogs and was willing to help!

I have a great respect for Chloe at the davenport Petco store... She is one of the best store clerks that I have ever dealt with..she is very helpful and knowledgeable.... Her store was out of Mika Birds food for my cockatoo so she called Moline store and had them hold two bags for me and price matched it from online... She's awesome...I love dealing with Chloe she is so nice and just the best....
