  Chris the store manager told me he is not allowed to assist Uber or Instacart shoppers locate items because that is what Uber and instacart told him lol. So instead of helping a paying customer find the item they want, he refused. Not ever coming back and also calling corporate regarding that. Do you have an issue specifically with order shoppers?? Makes sense yall have new employees everytime i have to shop here.

  Paid for a deluxe pet grooming. I expect that when petting my dog after I don't grab massive clumps of hair. Nails were not even trimmed. And though it means little to me, I fid not recive the promised bandana/bow. Was eventually a $100 bath 😞

  I'm very disappointed with the PetSmart's grooming service. On the website of PetSmart states that they blow out the undercoat for huskies and dogs that have thick fur, when my dog came out he had patches of fur like they didn't even blow it out, I paid for the deluxe treatment where they were supposed to do his nails, teeth, collagen spray and give him either a bow or a bandana when he was done... his nails were Jagged like they didn't even cut them, he never got the bandanna, his teeth look like they didn't even bother the brush them and the only reason they're getting a two-star is because at least they gave him a bath.

  Just had my cat groomed there for the first time. She’s my most special girl, but I’m the first person to tell you she’s a picky little lady and she’s a pain in the butt. But she’s my first long haired cat and I knew we had to do something about her paw pads (grinch paws!!!) and sanitary areas. My roommate always takes there cat here, and I thought I’d give it a go.
  I was so nervous- what if she was a huge meanie? What if she got mad at other animals (I’ve never seen her interact with other animals)? What if she was so bad that they called me ten minutes in to tell me we were both banned???
  We get there, it’s amazing. Olivia is an amazing groomer, her coworkers were so understanding of my worries, and they were so so so sweet about my cat being my cat. 1000% I will be visiting again. I know she was a handful, no matter how much they said she did a good job. Only the most amazing people working here.

  I take my Chihuahua here for grooming and the people here are great.

  One coworker, Kat/Cat(?) is weirdly gatekeeping the 20cent goldfish. My 7 year old son wanted 3 and she flat out refused for whatever reason. She was overly demanding about what’s needed for goldfish to survive, despite Petsmart housing dead fish in their tanks. Never shopping here again.

  Today we had the service of a nail trim. We came in as a walk-in and left extremely happy, impressed, and grateful for Raynee and Olivia! They showed compassion, skill and care to my Chow Chow! Highly recommend!

  First off I’d like to say the gal with the red streaks in her hair is kind and this review has absolutely nothing to do with her.
  
  I came in today to pick up an online order I had made. I’d like to say I read all the dimensions but I did not; when I got to the store I realized the bar spacing was too big on the cage I ordered so I asked to refund/exchange.
  
  After loading my cage and supplies into the car, I walked back inside and to the back of the store to wait for someone to help me get my two parakeets.
  
  I was greeted with a “are you the one who just exchanged a bigger cage for a smaller cage?” I said “no, I exchanged it for a longer cage. But yes it’s not as tall”. He then made me feel super dumb, stating that the box for the cage I got “even has a photo of a finch on it” so that’s how I should’ve known it wouldn’t work.
  
  If we wanted to be technical, you have some tiny-ass cages for sale about a quarter of the size of the one I bought with pictures of parakeets on it. 🤷🏽‍♀️
  
  I then got a lecture regarding how stressed my birds will be and that they will start plucking their feathers etc etc
  
  What the clerk didn’t know is I trained birds for a living and am very aware of how to care for them. He also probably didn’t know that the birds will not be in a cage a majority of the day.
  
  He made me so uncomfortable that I decided to leave and purchase my parakeets at Petco. I paid almost double the price but I was treated kindly and had a great conversation with the clerk at Petco after he ASKED ME what my set up was.
