I have always great service until now. I've been going there since 2012 and am very volvo loyal. They had my car for 5 days! Just for breaks and charged me a hidden fee. Im in the market for my 3rd certified volvo but now I'm considering mercedes certified.

Absolutely horrible customer service and they don’t work on 10+ year old models.
