“I recently scheduled a package pick up to my house. It was getting late but as I called they were able to assist me right away. The mail man came by right away and grabbed all my packages. They are also so kind to me when I drop of packages.”

“I see a lot of negative comments on here regarding this location I must say that I've had a PO Box at this location for over 30 years and I've always found the people to be very nice and responsive on the few occasions where I had issues with mail delivered to my home address it's always been small issues. In the past I've had 3 packages delivered to my address that were for the same address but different street I've always just taken the package to the correct address and let the people know what happened, I've never considered it a big deal as there are occasions were people make mistakes in all types of business and getting upset or raging against them doesn't ever solve any problems. Sometimes we need to give the same amount of consideration to others that we ourselves would like. For those that don't know the Post Office has an application that can tell you when mail is due to be delivered to your address I've used it for several years it's great. The app. Is called USPS Informed Delivery.”
“East Moline post offices always very professional and needs more post people but overall I've never really had a problem except maybe getting somebody else's mail and somebody else getting my mail but for the most part they have great professional attitudes and the people that answer the phone are very helpful. It's kind of weird I've been seeing mailing on Sundays but I'm not sure about that I think it might just be because of the holidays??.”

“Went to mail out some paperwork and when it comes to this stuff, I am CLUELESS 😆. Jarvis (I hope I got his name right 😕) is the real MVP! He's very helpful, kind, and extremely patient which I know can't be easy in this place because it was hot (tons of fans, no AC), plenty of impatient people, and he was THEE ONLY EMPLOYEE working the front! He handled everything professionally and efficiently. I used to come to this post office often and he was always there with a smile 😁. Thank you, keep it up!!!!!”
