I feel 'drained' after my underwhelming car wash experience at Avenue of the Cities. Paying $4 for a 3-minute wash that left my vehicle unrinsed was a 'wash' in my opinion. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a refund or a complimentary car wash package to make up for it.

Actually insaneeeee I went to the self wash bay of the facility and it cost 15$!!!! When you use card I guess I wasn’t reading signs right I thought it was the 4$ dollar option. Anyway I only was in there for 2mins and 34Seconds and it costed me 15$! You can drive 10mins away and go to a car wash near rocky and it’s 2-3$ and they have more options, and the washer won’t ruin your paint like it did to mine…

Touchless wash is the way to go if you want to take car off your paint job. Don't know of very many around the area other than here that provides it
