Excellent.... Customer Service is still a priority with this company. Prompt, Caring, and definitely deserves a 5 star. Not only did they get me off the road and safe but they diagnosed the problem fixed it!! Honestly just really good people working hard and I'm so grateful for them today!!!

I called them for Roadside assistance for one of our jeeps, I thought it needed a jump but the alternator was actually the issue. They were able to get the part and fix it the same evening, which was awesome. They also offered to give me a ride home if I didn't want to wait which I very much appreciated.

Called R&D to change a flat tire for me and had a great experience. Showed up in about 20 minutes and had the tire changed very fast. Highly recommend.

Stranded on the side of the highway, far from my hote,l and my stuff, R &D Towing showed up faster than my insurance could actually issue another tow truck.And better yet, they have a mechanic shop at their location.Needless to say, I would have been in a terrible bind that night, but instead, I patiently waited in a comfortable room after nightfall, safe, in R&D's shop.I cannot express my gratitude for the staff that owns and works at this at R &D. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Used 2x in a few days. Had the same driver both days and the guy was amazing, unfortunately I didn't get his name. Had a little bit of a wait the 2nd time, but once the driver communicated what happened, it was all good.

If I could give a higher rating, I would do so. Raul gave me excellent service. He arrived within 15 minutes. Told me what was wrong with my car and repaired it for a very reasonable price within 24 hours. I highly recommend R&D Towing 74.

amazing at what they do, total life savers ! i got a flat tire and they came to the rescue! apart from that i locked myself out my car, gladly they know what theyre doing and towed my car and got my keys out ! highly recommend !
