Erica is great! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Second time I've purchased footwear here. Still have my first pair of boots, in great shape years later. Decided for a pair of shoes as well. The service and quality is worth a marginally higher price tag than a box store.

Left a pair of boots there to be looked at and to possibly be repaired.. $ $ No calls back. No Answer on phone.
Update.. they had my boots all taken cared of. Just missed communication . Tori was great.
