I will never purchase from here again. Rude staff. Hanging up on people. Preventing MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS from exiting and entering my residence. AFTER A PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
Update: It is 2/14/25 and I still have not received a call back from the District Manager, I was told his name is Scott. My initial call was 1/31/25

Chair took over a month to come in and so we decided not to get it. Yet, we are satisfied with our purchases. Very friendly staff. Not their fault the chair was on back order.
