I have tried several vets over the years with my dog and cat. Both doctors are great. I feel at ease with my pets in their care.

They treated our cat so well and with kindness. Wonderful experience when I called the clinic to make the appointment. The lady that answered was very helpful, kind, and understanding. The vet treated our cat that had ears completely clogged.And she came home with a completely different temperament. This is after another vet said they cleaned her ears (which they obviously did not)and we transferred here and what a wonderful experience it has been.

Reached out to this vet a couple days prior to set an appointment up. Their excuse on not seeing my pet was " due to staff shortage we will not be taking any new clients." Them being under staff is UNACCEPTABLE to deny a new client. I could've came on a different date that works best for the doctors schedule but they didn't even give me the chance. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone since they don't take "New Clients."

They do a good job with calm small animals. My Masstiff growled at them under sedation, and they were scared told me to pick up the dog they couldn't operate on her. We left Drugged up. Disappointed.

I was told that I couldn't bring my fur baby in because we weren't clients of theirs and they're not accepting any new clients due to the doctor that they use.

We have utilized their services for our dogs for over 40 years. The Dr's and staff have always provided excellent and compassionate care. Today it was quickly in for an xray ,which fortunately showed our Chesapeake was not guilty of swallowing a misplaced safe deposit box key .Compassionate conpstiowith
