The Manager did nothing but stonewall a patient in the midst of a transfer from Portland, to the point we had to call the sheriff just to open a line of communication, it wasn't until then he was able to get some oxygen, but then was told by the company "Rotech" that he wasn't allowed to be a patient anymore due to them having to call the sheriff! The company from Portland to Iowa has been nothing but incompetent. A patient that has to continually be his own advocate to just simply get oxygen with all the insurance requirements in place, with all the prescriptions needed, with all the need to survive and continue to raise his family and yet has been stonewalled time and time again then accused of unacceptable behavior, we recorded our time with rotech and it will be turned over to the attorney General for an investigation for patient neglect and pure incompetence. I would never use this company. When you need oxygen your life depends on it and this company is 100% not dependable. Shame on you guys!!!
