My partner has had to reschedule twice now because first time the guy was a no show and second time also a no show. But second time at least they called early today. Last time they had us wait all day 12pm-5pm and then still didn’t get to us.

The service at the moline Safelite was fast and friendly. They had many customers they were servicing on this day, but made me feel like like I was their only one. Very pleasant experience.

I was under the impression I may need a whole new windshield due to a rock chip. The tech took one look at my windshield and said this is fixable. Your insurance will cover this. Do you want me to proceed? I cannot say enough about how honest and polite this service center is. By gosh if you need a new windshield or one fixed, and your insurance company backs this company there is a reason for that. Go to Safelite!

After the job, I started my car up, the lights were flashing on my dashboard. I was told the tech was on lunch and he’d have to look at it afterwards. Tech returned and I was told I’d have to wait another hour for it to be “recalibrated”. They had the car for 3 hrs, told me it was done! They had to start the car to pull it out of the shop. He didn’t notice the lights going off on the dashboard??! Very disappointing as I was please with my previous experience several years ago.
