Do not bank here!!!! Been with this bank over 20 years after the switch from Senb to Cbi everything has gone down hill. They charge your account randomly and take your money with no explanation. Customer service will argue with you and treat you like your nothing over the phone. Kathy at the moline location seems unhinged and unable to problem solve. Done here. ✌️

I have been a customer for 15 years an I started in Galesburg ever since I moved here 4 years ago an these people took over I have nothing but hassle Davenport is never open not enough staff so have to drive to Muscatine or go back to Galesburg to not have issues makes you want to switch banks must be a bank for only the rich wish I had known moving towns was going to be this rough for banking

Customer service reps were rude and flat out refused to help my elderly mother. On two separate occasions recently, she went into the Moline branch. The first time she was sending money to her brother in Canada. The woman was very rude and told her she wasn't going to help her because she didn't know how to do it. She made her wait until the next day to see Courtney (who took care of her, pleasantly, and in less than 10 minutes.)
The next occasion, she wanted to pay her property taxes in person. Once again, the guy at the counter told her he didn't know how to do the transaction and would just put the money back in her account and wouldn't help her. Thankfully, another gentleman stepped in and helped her.
My mother has been a loyal customer at this bank for many years. She said she felt like they were making fun of her and that she was a bother. There are other financial institutions in the area and hopefully she will think about closing her accounts. Educate your employees on the services you offer and especially teach them the value of ALL of their customers. They will be elderly themselves someday, too.

The Moline branch of CBI has worked well with me for years. They have shown themselves to be careful about my financial safety and willing to help me as I transitioned to life in another country. With their secure messaging system it has made it much easier for me to communicate with them from my new home and with their bill pay system I can do much of my banking business remotely.

Not a good choice if you like privacy and loyalty. They have a really mean spirited tail wagging the dog teller. Glad I got away from them.

Half of their staff has awful customer service skills and this is the only bank I’ve used that charges you overdraft fees on your overdraft fees. Probably the worst bank that I’ve ever used, which is sad because they have the best candy in the lobbies out of the banks in my area.

Had my debit card compromised. It has been 15 days since they ordered a replacement card, and still no sign of it. Just placed my third call to SENB and was told to wait for the card. After being a customer for 10 years, and a few other mishaps with their awful , sometimes very rude staff, I am closing my account.
