I called to schedule an oil change, Sexton went out of their way to take care of me I love their courtesy pickup / drop off service it allowed me to stay at work when getting my van serviced and the price was comparable with other dealerships. I highly recommend and will use Sexton service department in the future.

Took my truck in for a charging service fault. Was told I needed a new alternator and it would be around $2000 total. Took it to another mechanic to found that the wires in the connector to one of the alternators was loose and not making contact. So I paid $160 for a diagnostic that recommended I pay $2000 to replace a part that wouldn’t even correct the problem since the connector is part of the wiring harness. The connector is part of the secondary alternator which they didn’t even know was there which makes me wonder if they even bothered to look in the truck.

Service department has the worst customer service
