Have not been to the location yet but was able to search climate control unit ahead of time. Reserve it and was directed to live phone call for completion. My only complaint is I’m a senior and couldn’t find the senior discount.

Been using this unit for a couple years now, the management is nice, the place is always clean including bathroom. The only issue it sometimes the front keypad won't work but there is another entrance to use. It's kinda pricey but it's also climate controlled and I've never seen any bugs in there too, so it's worth it knowing my things are safe.

Very good experience, temp controlled storage and if you lose your keys to the lock they will cut out off and get you a new lock

Great place to store things. It is temperature controlled and you can drive inside the building to get to your unit of there is inclimate weather. Nice and clean units with very friendly staff

April is a wonderful person. She is very understanding as well as helpful and has no problem going above and beyond to help her customers within her capabilities. She always has a smile on her face with great customer service skills! Keep rocking it girl! The units are nice and clean and the building and area outside are clean and feel safe inside or outside of the building!

They have been great working with me! I had movers load a storage unit while I was out of town & lock I sent was to large. April helped get a lock so my stuff would be secured! Great place & customer service!

I have stored equipment at many different places in the Quad Cities. Storage of America is the best place I've have ever found.Their units are clean with easy access.The manager is friendly and great to work with. I can always get ahold of someone when I need too.
