“Josh was fantastic! Great customer service. Give him a raise. He verified the part I was looking for was on the shelf, as there was only 1 left according to inventory. That may seem insignificant, but the part I needed is on national backorder and I couldn't find one anywhere. Many other places took my money, then later notified me it was no longer in stock, what a headache. When I called MSTP Josh indicated he had one left, physically verified it was on the shelf, then took my information over the phone and said he'd ship it the same day. “Campos is a great place to have your vehicle serviced at. On the day that I stopped by to make my appointment, one of their mechanics took the time to look at the problem that I was having with the climate control on the driver's side. Most repair shops don't show that kind of attention, so this really impressed me! On the day of the appointment, they said it would likely be ready the next day, which was fine. However, they actually had my car ready that day, and that really impressed me. I will definitely call on them next time, and I highly recommend them, they're great!”

“I feel like I was very overpriced. Only the reason why I let you stay there is because I’ve already had it there. I had a quote for 623. I had a code for 618. I had a code for 589 and you guys charged me you guys were trying to charge me $807 minus diagnosis and took it down to 727. I don’t think I’ll ever bring another car there.”

“I suspected a transmission leak on my car and took it in. No leak, but a small issue that they took care of for a very reasonable price. They also alerted me to an oil leak and a misfire, both of which they don't fix, so they weren't trying to drum up more business for themselves. I've taken two other cars there before and my experience every time has been that they are fair and honest and want to actually serve the customer, something that is lacking in too many other shops. I highly recommend them.”
